Fortisip Feeding Supplement Vanilla Flavour is a dietary supplement used to meet the nutritional requirements where this cannot be attained from foods or should be used as a sole source of nutrition. The medical food supplement should be taken under medical supervision.

Usage / Instructions:

• Fortisip is ready to drink and is best served chilled
• Shake well before opening

Warnings:

• Store in a cool, dry place (5-25C)
• Once opened Fortisip should be consumed within 4 hours or stored in a refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Discard unused contents thereafter
• Not suitable for use as a sole source of nutrition in children under 6 years of age
• Not suitable for patients with galactosaemia
