Product Description:
A liquid consisting of peptides (whey protein hydrolysate), carbohydrate (maltodextrin), fat (MCT, safflower oil, rapeseed oil, and fish oil), vitamins, minerals and trace elements. Survimed OPD HN is intended for the dietary management of patients with malabsorption. Survimed OPD HN is prescribable on FP10 for the following indications: short bowel syndrome, intractable malabsorption, pre-operative preparation of patients who are undernourished, patients with proven inflammatory bowel disease, following total gastrectomy, bowel fistulae, dysphagia, continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis, haemodialysis and disease related malnutrition.

Dosage:
Dosage should be calculated by a clinician or dietitian according to individual requirements. As a guide:
For complete nutrition: 
1000ml provides 1330kcal and 67g protein and meets the average adult recommended daily requirements for vitamins, minerals and trace-elements.

Storage:

• Store in a cool place, (15-25 degrees) away from direct sunlight
• Once opened, the maximum hanging time is 24 hours. Discard any unused content after 24 hours
